So what his father was the lead scientist at the power plant? It didn’t mean that it was mandatory for him to go. At least, not in his eyes. It wasn’t that way to the rest of District 5. The second time Siwon saw Kyuhyun was months after the horrible accident in the power plant. Siwon was fully recovered and had made arrangements to check all the wires thoroughly at least once a week.
